Moving house turns out to be a great way to get some much needed appreciation pré-posthumously!
My two youngest sons came home from their last day at school, wearing white t-shirts that carried the names of all their classmates.
But the real tearjerker turned out be this little booklet the class had made for them. In it they had written all their sweet memories of my two sons.
‘I will miss your beautiful smile,’
I read, and got all choked up. And:
‘I’m going to miss your jokes!’
Now that you’re leaving, you’re Great!
My kids turn out to be really funny, and well loved, now that they’re leaving.
